How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I have no new goals I planned to build a house and that is what I am trying to complete.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I want to thank givedirectly for the transfer I am so excited to receive this money, I have long prayed to get money to build a zinc house but things have not been easy for me catering for five children is a huge burden for me as an illiterate man, I have to set traps, cut palm nuts and farmed to raise income to cater for the family.
I have not seen any bad givedirectly done so far mentioned.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I bought two bundles of zinc, three gallons of gas for the chainsaw to saw planks for the house and paid labour costs for the chainsaw operator.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was in my house sitting when the transfer alert hit my phone. I could not believe that it was the most talk about GiveDirectly transfer. I was happy because this was something unbelievable. I couldn't imagine how I would have been without this money.

With the arrival of the money, I feel hopeful and confident that I will build my long imagined dream house. Things, I can safely say, are getting better

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I plan to build a house with some of my transfer to give my children good place to sleep and that will keep them healthy and strong. I will send my kids to school so they they can became better citizens in the society and lastly I will establish a business for my wife which will help to sustain us when GiveDirectly is no longer transfering us money.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The news of GiveDirectly coming here today has been the only joy and happiness ever in my life over the last six months now.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
We have no good sleeping place and no food to feed on and my wife is a young baby mother who just give birth this gone Saturday, how to feed she and my kids is my greatest challenge right now.
