What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent 4000 KES on a suit case, I paid school fees for my 3 children in primary and secondary school with 29665 KES, I spent 3000 KES on food, I plastered the foundation of my main house at a total cost of 6600 KES and I invested the remaining 4935 KES in a pharmacy. That is how I spent my third transfers.
Do you have any new goals that you didn't have before receiving the transfer?
My goals slightly changed and I set a new one of spending on a suit case.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I am currently running a pharmacy, which generates for me daily income, besides, I have been able to keep my children in school courtesy of Give Directly and I am very excited that they are soon sitting for their exams. That is how my life has changed after receiving the transfers.

I am planning to buy sand and cement which I will use to plaster my house. The remaining transfers will be used to pay school fees for my children who are in secondary and primary schools.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is having worked as a traditional birth attendant, this line of work has enabled me to educate my children who are in secondary and primary schools.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I face right now is lack of enough money to pay school fees for my children who are in secondary and primary schools. If I am unable to raise the required fees they may have to defer their studies.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is around midday when I am relaxing with my friends after finishing any tasks that I had planned to carry out in the morning.
