What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent most of my transfer to iron sheets for building a shed for my goats. Bought cedar poles at 3,500, bought paints to make my house beautiful. I bought trunk box for keeping my clothes and also paid my wife's medical bills.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that I can now manage to educate my children through sells of my goats which I bought with my second transfer. Thank you GD
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GiveDirectly has changed the lives of recipients who lived in poverty through unconditional cash transfer and also children have gone back to school because recipient could now afford to pay their school fees. There is nothing GD did not do well.

I spent my second transfer on buying 18 goats which I want to rear and later sell to pay school fees for my children.I also paid school fees for my children and bought maize.

The biggest difference in my daily life is that my children are in school because I paid there fees.

I spent my first transfer to buy clothes for my children worth 4000 KES, i spent 5000 KES to buy a steel door and paid fee using the 1000 KES that remained.

I want to spend my upcoming transfer to start a business for my wife,plaster my house and pay school fees too.

I plan to use my transfer to pay school fees I plan to upgrade my house by using cement so that it looks nice I plan to use my transfer on buying a few livestock like goats to keep at home

The achievement I am most proud of is my vegetables business. It helps feed my family with the little income it brings

The biggest hardship I have faced in life is lack of education.. My father never liked school and it forced me to quit school due to lack of school fees

The happiest part of my day is in the evening when my family is all at home and we are making stories and laughing about them
