How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different now because I was able to build myself a permanent house. This has relived me from the issue of sleeping in a leaking grass thatched house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly has done well by giving money. There is nothing bad that GiveDirectly has done.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to buy fiften bags of cement, a metallic door, timber and six pieces of iron sheets that I used to fit, plaster, cement and roof my house. I used some money to buy and stock food stuffs, utensils, and clothing. I gave my sister some money to pay for her child's school fees. The balance of my money was stolen.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I will be able to construct an iron roofed house. The one I am sleeping in right now is not in a good state. If I realise some balance, I will be able to boost my business of brewing local alcohal (ajon).
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the Evening. This is when I have done all my days work, had my meals. I feel happy while going to bed.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced is being sickly. I spend much money on treatment and it is the reason my business failed.
