What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on starting a vegetable selling business in Kaliro market. I also paid school fees for my children and stocked food for the family.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer in that I now have an income generating activity which supports my family.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Give Directly does well to give transfers directly to recipients through mobile money. This reduces cases of fraud.

I spent my second transfer on cementing my house because the floor was dusty and buying food for myself
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that i am sleeping in a better house because its now cemented. I can even buy food which I could not afford before

I finished my house. I spent the first transfer on completing my house because it was half-finished and coldness was too much at night, now coldness is no more.

I felt relieved upon receiving my money because i knew I would be able to finish constructing my house. I used the transfer to finish my house.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on plastering the inside of house, buy livestock like a cow so that i can also take some milk tea and also buy some land for growing food crops.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am proudest of is my house because before i was living with my husband and he chased me away and i had no where to go till i built this house i am in.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in my life is my ex husband selling off the land we had bought together and he sent me away.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evening when I and family have got something to eat.
