How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is now different in that, my long term dream of constructing a permanent house is being fulfilled. Previously, I had this dream with no ability of making it a reality due to lack of funds.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly has done well by giving the transfer that is enabling me to achieve my dream. However, I can't fault this organisation in anything.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I have spent my second transfer to buy more building materials like iron sheets, timber, cement and bricks. I still have the balance that I intend to use for paying the carpenter for roofing the house.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
My life has changed because I'm currently building commercial house which will generate income in the near by future. This will enable me to provide basic needs like food, treatment and school fees to my family. In the past, I could not meet all the needs of my family because I had no source of income. In addition, my father was able to access proper treatment and he has regained his sight. Prior to this transfer, someone had to always be a round to support him with all the necessities.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received money from GiveDirectly, I felt very happy because I was going to repossess the land that my father had rented out since 2011. Secondly, I was very sure of building commercial house which I had longed to do.
