What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent most of my second transfer to build a spacious comfortable house that accommodate with my family, since l was staying in a very small house where l had to squeeze myself with my family and it was also embarrassing me any time have visitors. The remaining balance l spent to pay school fee arrears for my child who was sent home for the arrears.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion Give Directly did well by using Empesa as a means of sending money since it is very convenient and cheaper. It was also a good idea to deal with community directly. I did not see what Give Directly did not do well.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life different if l could not have received the transfer is that l could be still staying in a very small uncomfortable house and my child too could even have dropped out of school.
