What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on purchasing a bag of maize for the family consumption and bought decent clothes for my grandchildren. I also built a house for my late son and my daughter inlaw is now back and paid fees for my two grandchildren who are in high school to settle well and acquire education.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer in that, my compound is fenced and stranger don't pass by unlike before. I also have electricity hence doesn't buy paraffin everytime.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, what GiveDirectly did well was being trustworthy and sending us the money as promised.

I spent my second transfer on fencing my home because of security, I also Installed electricity and bought 2 goat and dairy cow for my daily upkeep.

The biggest difference in my daily life is that I have a dairy cow which will supply me with milk and sell extra for my daily income.

I would like to use part of the money the money to build a new house because my house is in very bad condition. Secondly l would wish to fence my compound to enhance security since I am a widow.

My proudest achievement is that l have struggled and bought a cow.
