How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently different from the way it was four months ago in that I'm proud I managed to join college. Raising the college fee was a challenge but I'm happy GD came to my rescue. I have hopes that in the future after I have completed the training I'll be successful in life.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
Currently, I do not have any new goal but to concentrate on my studies so that in the future after completing college I'll be able to own a cosmetic shop.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
For the past three years since I completed secondary eductaion, I have longed to join college but I couldn't because I was not able to raise the required college fee. I feel so proud of myself because through the GD transfers I was able to join hair and beauty college. This is the biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfers.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months of my life, I expect to have completed the current course that I'm taking. I believe after that I'll be able to open my own beauty shop and own a salon.

The biggest difference in my daily life since I started receiving payments from GiveDirectly is that, I have kept my savings hence I am hopeful of joining college hoping to get a job after the training and apply the knowledge that I will have acquired .
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life to change in the next six months in that, I will have completed college and with the knowledge that I will have acquired I believe that I will now be able opened my own saloon.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is currently different from how it would have been If I never received the transfer in that, I have money which I am hoping to use in joining college and from the knowledge that I will have gotten from school I will be in a position to look for a job or start my own business.
Do you have any new goals that you didn't have before receiving the transfer?
My new goal is to join college and get knowledge that I can even use to start my own business.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I am facing in life is lack of money to advance in my education. I miss good employments due to lack of proper skills.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I prepare to go for community sensitization. Health is wealth and educating my community members on responsible living makes me happy.
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend the transfer on paying fees for vocational training. I hope professional skills will enable me to secure better jobs.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is completion of secondary school level that has enabled me to be engaged in community HIV sensitization activities.
