Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My goal is to ensure that my sister's school fees are fully paid. I will keep spending the money I receive on paying for her.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life is in ensuring that my sister's education has been going on uninterrupted. She is the first one in my family to have pursued an education at this level. I am proud of her and I want to ensure that she completes this level. Seeing her going on like this makes me so happy. This has made a huge impact on giving hope to my family because she will get a better life and assist us too when she gets a job.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I will have to build a house and make a home of my own. I am currently living in a servant's quarters in a farm that belongs to my employer. I desire to have a house where I can live on and start a family in the near future.

Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
One of the additional goals that I have is to accumulate enough money over the next four months and be able to start building a new house. I plan to pool money from my casual jobs and partly from the monthly transfers that we receive and be able to buy building materials that will be used to construct a new house. I am currently staying in a house that I was given by my employer and I look forward to having one of my own.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life over the last four months is the fee payment that I have been able to pay for my sister continuously without fail. This has been made possible through the monthly transfers that I receive. I am almost certain that my sister will clear her secondary education without having to worry about where her school fees will come from. This shall be made possible through the monthly transfers that I was lucky to receive.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I expect my life to change in that I shall have been able to continue paying school fees for my sister as well as start building my new house. These are plans that I am sure shall be actualized with GiveDirectly transfers and the little that I get from my employer. I look forward to accomplishing even much more bigger things going forward.

For some month's ago, my sister has been in and out of school simply because she is being sent back to collect school fees. But am a happy man now that I am able to pay almost all of the fees and therefore she has been having ample time so far. Being able to pay school fees for my sister is the biggest difference that I have ever felt in my daily life. With my young age as this, I have the responsibility of taking care of my sister's fees yet I have no stable source of income. The transfers have always given me relieve to even strive further to provide for her. I currently work as a herdsman in my neighbor's place only to supplement what I get on a monthly basis from GiveDirectly.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
Over the last four months, my life has changed because I can afford proper meals. At my place of work, I used to miss some meals in order to save because I was using my salary to support my mother in providing for the family. The ability to buy food and still save some decent amount of money from my salary to meet my families needs is a joy I wouldn't have without GiveDirectly. Further, paying school fees for my siblings who are in primary and mainly for the one in secondary school has become easier. It is usually done in good time which gives them a good chance to advance and excel in their education.

My new additional goal is to build a house for my self at my parents land. Currently, I don't have one. I live in a neighbors house who ha employed me and gives me accommodation. I would love to have to get my own house that will allow to organize and keep some of my belongings well.

The biggest difference in my daily life is the fact that I have been able to easily pay for my sister's school fees. My biggest worry in my whole life was how she would get to go to secondary school to get the education I wanted for her. I didn't want her to go through the same plight as me and drop out of school because my father had passed on. My life got really hard because there was no help at all to pay for my school fees. Seeing my sister get the education has been the greatest Joy I have ever had. I will continue supporting using part of the money I get from GiveDirectly until she completes her education.
