Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
It was in the morning around 7.30 am , I was planting green bananas in the crop land then I heard a notification message . I checked and found that Givedirectly sent the donation. I was happy , I couldn't stop smiling. The first thing I thought is that I was going to be rich like other people.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The money from Givedirectly came as a solution to my problems because it helpedme to renovate my house and I was able to take care of my family by buying clothes and food for them . We couldn't afford to eat three meals in a day before but now many things have changed we take three meals and we are now a happy family.

I bought metal tiles for the roof of my house because I had planned to remove the old tiles with the new ones.

I will use the funds in paying schoolfee of my daughter in vocational school $75 per year, I will build a commercial building in the business center with $600, and use the rest in feeding my family and buying household furnitures

I have managed to feed my family once per day, I have paid health insurance of my family of $18 per year
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My husband is living with disability, I am working alone to feed my family, paying schoolfees for my children I have to work hard. Sometimes I work in others farm to get food or money $1 per day
