What did you spend your second transfer on?
When I received my second transfer, the first thing I did was to clear secondary school arrears for my son with 20000 KES and built a semi-permanent house of 30 iron sheets with the rest of the transfer. I am glad that Give Directly helped me carry the school fees burden of my son and he can now study more conveniently. Besides, I am more pleased with where we live currently.

The biggest hardship I'm facing is on fees payment for my child in secondary school, I fully rely of vegetables farming to pay his fees but in some cases the drought makes it hard to get better yields.

The happiest part of my day is in the afternoon when I'm weaving ropes using sisal after spending morning hours in the farm. I get little income by selling the ropes in our local market.
