What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on purchasing food for the family consumption and kept some amount as savings. I also paid fees for my child who is in high school to settle well during the term and bought barbed wires with an intention of fencing my compound to prevent animals from roaming in my compound.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer in that, I feel comfortable when I have visitors around and even with my family members because I managed to contruct a latrine that anyone can use freely hence I no longer feel embarrased unlike before.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, what GiveDirectly did well was by keeping to their promise and sending the transfer in the right amount as promised and they did not also demand for any bribe.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on building a toilet since I din't have a good one in my compound.I also admitted an orphan am staying with to secondary school.

The biggest difference in my daily life is that I have a good toilet in my compound now.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I never had enough utensils for my household members and therefore I spent 4000 KES on this. I spent the remaining amount on a goat which I expect to multiply and increase my livestock. That is how I spent my first transfer.
What are you planning to spend your upcoming transfer on?
I am planning to fence my compound then dig and construct a latrine since these are the major things I lack in my life. That is how I will spent my upcoming second transfer upon receiving it.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I plan to build a pit latrine since I do not have a good toilet.I will also buy barbed wire to fence my home and use the rest to start a poultry business.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My achievement is that I have educated my son upto college.That makes me so proud.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest challenge is raising school fees for the six orphans that I have in school.One in college and five in Primary school.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the morning when I set up to start my work in the community as a Community Health Extension worker.
