What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent most of my third transfer to buy timber and nails which I have used to build my house. I paid laborers who were building my house 9,000 KES, bought 20 tins of maize for my family's consumption at 2,000 KES and also bought food for my family.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that, I now have a bigger house than the one I was living in, I piped water in my compound and also I have good seats which are more comfortable. I would not have gotten all this without the transfers. Thank you GD
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly has brought alot of changes to our community through the transfers which has enabled recipients to build houses and also GiveDirectly sends money directly to the recipients. I have not seen anything that GD did not do well.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
Most of my second transfer I spent to install water in my compound to help me with irrigation, livestcok and also not to walk long distances looking for water. I paid my tithe, bought a sack of maize, bought iron sheet and paid school fees for my children.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I no longer have to walk long distances looking for water for my livestock or for domestic use like before because I have piped water in my compound. Through this I have vegetable plot which I irrigate, harvest and sell to earn income for my expenditures and this has made me very happy and no longer depends on anybody for help.
