Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
Acquiring an ox and a ox plough is the biggest achievement in my life because ploughing has become easy for me unlike before when I had to offer labor in another person's farm in exchange of the oxen.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received the transfer, I became happy and the first thing I thought of was to buy a bull that would help me plough.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer for buying an ox, ox plough at UGX 230,000 and a bicycle at UGX 220,000. I have saved the balance of the money and I intend to use it for starting up a business.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means acquiring oxen for timely ploughing and crop cultivation. That will lead to high yields and food security in my household. Currently, I hire oxen and when the season just starts, it's competitive because every body wants to plough which makes prices to rise up. That situation has led to delayed ploughing and crop cultivation which had led to a sitation of food shortage at my household.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the efternoon when my spouse has come back home, I feel happy because he comes with support to the family in form of food. That puts a smile on my face because, I then start cooking food for the household which we eat together. Currently, there is food shortage in my household.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Lack of a reliable source of income in order to meet family needs is my biggest challenge. The main source of income to my household is farming which at times is not reliable due to drought or floods leaving the household with no alternative source.
