What did you spend your third transfer on?
I used13,000 KES to buy a cow for raring. The rest of the money are still on my phone and I'm planning to build a kitchen with it.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that I now live in a descent house. I had a structure like house and couldn't a afford a better one it due to financial challenges. I'm sure without GD, I couldn't have built the house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
What GD does well is that it live upto its promise. GD have aught to take us through financial training before commencing transfers.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent the larger part of my second transfer on building a decent three roomed house in my own compound and now I feel happier and more indepedent since I am able to do my own development with no opposition as opposed to before the transfer when I was staying at my parent -in law 's homestead and they used to dictate us . I also bought a calf worth 17,000 KES
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.

I have planned to expand my house and buy good roofing materials. I will also buy a cow that I will be milking and I also want to send my son to college.

The proudest achievement is that I struggle to put food on the table for my children through the small jobs that I do.

The biggest hardship is that I don't have a proper house,the one I am in is torn and liking and I have no means of repairing it.

The happiest part if my day is when am farming and am able to get good harvest.
