What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on buying farm inputs like fertilizer, maize seeds and I will pay someone who has an oxen plough so that he can plough my farm and prepare it for planting the maize, I will use part of the transfer on paying school fees for my child who is in secondary school and I will also use part of the transfer on paying school fees for my two children who are in primary school. I will spend my second transfer on buying thirty iron sheets that I will use in building a better house than the one that I am currently staying in,I will also build a toilet and the remaining transfer I will use on buying bags of cement that I will use in plastering my house so that it can be semipermanent.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement that I am proudest of is that when my husband died,he left us in a grass thatched house where we used to be rained on during heavy rains and this made my first born son to complain about it and fortunately I used to save money that I used to get from my business of rope making using sisal which enabled me to buy iron sheets and hence I managed to build my current house.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest that I face in my life is that I depend on rope making as my source of income but it is not enough to take care of my children's school fees and their food demands.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is when I wake up in the morning and I start making ropes using sisal and I manage to sell them, this makes me happy as I will be able to buy food for my family.
