What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent the second transfer on paying dowry 15,000 KES. I bought timbers 22,900 KES,nails 3,000 KES ,clay soil 2,800 KES, iron sheets 3400 KES and one sack of maize 2,900 KES.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference is my daily life is that I have paid dowry and also built my own homestead.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
We are planning to spend our transfer on iron sheets and other building materials so that we may build a bigger house with a metal roof. We are also planning to spend the transfer on starting a fish mongering business, because we live near the lake and so we can source the fish from around our area and sell it in places farther from the lake.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am proudest of is buying some household furniture so that my house now looks smart.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in my life is lack of a regular source of income. This means that getting food as well as taking care of other basic needs is a big problem for us.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the afternoon when I am taking a rest from my activities in the farm.
