Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal for the next four months is to save money from my small business to enable me to pay school fees on time.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer is that I have paid school fees for my children in school. I depend on casual jobs in the village to earn an income. The money from these jobs is so small and cannot gather for all the basic needs including paying fees for the children. My children would be sent home to collect the school fees and this was affecting their performance in school is so much happy because I cleared the school fees and I'm able to do my daily chores peacefully.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life to have changed in the next six months in that I will have expanded my business by adding more stock and even rent a shop.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The greatest difference in my life is that I was able to take my child to hospital after receiving my first transfer. My child underwent a successful operation and now he is doing well unlike before when he use to lie down due to spinal injury he had.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months I expect to have started my own business so that I can sustain my family with it.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Currently am so happy that my child health has improved after taking him to hospital with the money which I got from Give Directly. Now I can concentrate on my farming and I am now stress free and my health has also improve since I can now eat well having less issues bothering me.
Do you have any new goals that you didn't have before receiving the transfer?
My new goal is to start a shop so that I run to generate income to provide my family.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in life is raising my children alone as a single mother.To add on that,my last born son has had a health problem.His bones are weak and this has affected his growth and also drained me financially since he has to seek medication every now and then.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the afternoon.This is because I get to socialize with my friends.We share stories and even problems which comes as a big relief to me.
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on opening a retail shop.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am proudest of is being able to raise my children well despite being a single mother.My three children have never lacked food or clothes.
