What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on buying a sofa set seat 7,000KES which I did not have due to my family's little income.I bought two oxen 22,000KES of which one of them died and two mattress 6,000 KES. I also bought one and half bag of maize 4,800 KES and 10 chicken 2400 KES. The rest of the amount I used for my household upkeep.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer in that I now have a kitchen where children can sleep and I can also cook as well since it has been sub-divided into two parts.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion,GiveDirectly did well by giving unconditional cash transfer to the poorest households in my community in that most of this households there living standards have been uplifted positively.

The biggest difference in my daily life is that i have reduce cost of farming, since i use my bulls for ploughing.

I am planning to spend my transfer on a pair of ploughing oxen, and also on household items which I lack and need.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am proudest of is leasing a piece of land, on which I grew sugarcane which I sold and used the money to buy some livestock.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in my life is lack of money to pay school fees for my children and also to buy food for them.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is the evening when I am going to to bed knowing that I have done my best during the day.
