What did you spend your first transfer on?
I used 7,000 KES to buy 10 pieces of iron sheets which I'll use to build a new house. I also purchased other household items with the remaining portion of the transfer.
What are you planning to spend your upcoming transfer on?
I'm planning to build a spacious iron roofed house because my current house is too small. I'm also planning to buy some animals with the remaining portion.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I are planning to buy materials to be used to build a better house for our family, some of the money I will pay as fees for a driving course my husband is planning to undertake and finally I intend to use part of the transfers as capital for a small business but I am yet to decide what kind of business I should engage in.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is having worked as a fisherman and managed to build my current house, in addition I have been able to buy a few chicken which I am rearing.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that we face currently is that the stocks of fish in the lake are depleted so fishing is not very profitable and casual jobs are hard to find. This means our income is very low and we really do not know if we will be able to afford even basic needs like food.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evening when I am resting after having been paid for any work I did during the day. When I am with my family and we are talking about the events of the day it makes me very happy.
