What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on cementing our house that needed to be upgraded to save me from labouring by frequent wall repair which is what happens with mud houses.I then bought seats and a table for 14,000 KES, and spent the balance on a mattress and 3 goats.

I spent my first transfer on buying a sack of maize at 4,000 KES, ten cushions at 3,800 KES, then used the remaining 2,000 KES to start my small fish (omena) business. Am now getting some income from my business hence I no longer solely depend on my husband.

My main hardship is how to get my daily food for the family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
At knight I feel happy because I have gone through hardles of the day getting food and just make ends meet. But at knight am happy because I sleep and only wait for the next day to come.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
I feel very happy about receiving the transfer and I feel my life is going to change. I will now be able to get what I have been longing to have. I will built a new house and move to have my own home.
