What does receiving this money mean to you?
My family is still young and I have one small house, so when i get this money I would like to build another bigger house. This house will accommodate visitors when they visit. I feel bad when I have to take my visitors to sleep in my neighbors house. Taking visitors to someone's house oftenly my bring disagreement and even interfere with their privacy. This house will cost around KES 20000. I have my own trees so I will cut them for timber so as to reduce cost.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evening. This is the time I get to rest from my motorcycle taxi. I enjoy spending time with my family.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship has been a lack of money. I am employed to operate motorcycle taxis. My earning per day is KES 300 and I share equally with the owner of the motorcycle. Take home money is only KES 150. This money is only enough to buy family needs like food thus no money is left for other projects like building a house.
