I spent a larger portion of the first lumpsum in catering for the cost of plastering my house, paid 10000 KES school fee, used 3000 KES in putting up a latrine, used 2000 KES on medication of my child and used 5000 KES in buying food.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to use my funds to educate my daughter in the university. I also plan to set up vegetable vending business as regular source of income.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
Our proudest achievement is that we have educated our children. Our daughter is a teacher and another proceeding to the university .
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Our biggest hardship is that we earn very little from our small businesses and a lot of that money goes to school and so we are not able to meet all our financial needs.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I am preparing charcoal because it's one of my sources of income.
