How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I used to live in a grass thatched roof that leaked. This was very problematic during rainy season. With my first transfer, I have bought iron sheets and fixed my roof and I am happy knowing I will go into this rainy season safe, without worry of my house leaking.
