Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
I don't have any additional goal but just to expand my poultry-keeping by buying more chickens and paying school fees for my children. I will use part of the money to pay school fees and a part of it to buy chickens to rear.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my life for the last four months is the poultry chicken that I bought using the money. I have additional birds that lay eggs. This has substantially increased the amount of eggs that I collect every day. I use the money I get in meeting the needs of my daily household. Most of the foodstuffs we consume currently is that I bought using the money I received from selling eggs. GiveDirecty has given me a constant source of income.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life to have improved because of more income when I will be having more chickens. I am keeping chicken for egg production that will be sold for money to use on household basic needs. Having more of the birds means that I will have a higher income. I expect to be able to pay school fees foR my children with more ease and also to sufficiently provide daily needs using income the poutlry.

Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My goal is to increase the number of chicken in my compound. I love this project because it is easy to handle and is highly profitable. I will use part of the next four months' transfers to buy more chickens and even their feeds.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life is the expansion of my poultry-keeping business by buying more chicken using the transfers. I collect eggs from this venture and use the money I get from sales to meet my daily needs. Being that I have newborn babies in my household, I am able to meet their needs without straining too much. I would have been forced to do menial jobs to raise any money If I d not have GiveDireclty supporting me.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life to have improved because I will have expanded my poultry business. I hope to be raising more than 20 layers. Collecting about 240 per day will sufficiently cover my household expenditure. I know that making money from poultry farming happens alongside other activities hence acting only as an addition to my income sources.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently diffeent in that I am able to meet my children school fees on time. The transfers that I get goes into my children school fees. They are no longer sent to stay home and can concentrate on their studies
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My life is currently different in that I am able to pay my children school fees on time. A bigger portion of my transfers goes towards payment of school fees for my children's school fees. I am glad that they are no longer sent home nowadays and this gives them room to study well and concentrate on their studies. The money I get from other activities, which would have otherwise been used to pay school fees, now goes into other projects. I am so happy thanks to GiveDirectly.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life ever since Give Directly came into my life is that I am happier and healthier. Since then I was able to save the monthly transfer I get. As a result of this, I have been able to comfortably pay school fees for my child. This has always been my biggest worry and at some point, I was afraid she might drop out of school. I am glad all went well and greater development plans are yet to be done. I thank this organization since they are the reason why I am calm and less worried in life.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
My expectation in the near future is to build a bigger, more spacious permanent house for my family. I currently stay in a mud-walled house and since its quite delicate especially during rainy seasons, it needs regular maintenance hence making it quite laborious. This will also allow my children to have a reading area which they currently lack in the small house that we live in. I also expect to improve financially. I am planning to expand my poultry project and this means I will have more proceeds from the sale of farm produce.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My children are so delighted to have a new experience at a private school. This happiness has extended to us when they are back home since they get to share their adventures. Their skills have also improved and they look more enlightened compared to when they were studying in a public school. I really believe taking them to this school was the best decision I have ever made because I know with a good education they will get good jobs and become important people in society. I thank Give Directly because they made all these possible.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
I would like to start a poultry farm in the next four months so that It diversifies my sources of income. Currently, I don't have an alternative source of income, I fully depend on casual jobs to settle most of the family needs. It is usually not an effective source that is why I have thought of having the poultry farm. Through this investment, I will be able to sell eggs which will earn me good money since eggs in this village are of high demand. This will enable me to comfortably cater to my family needs and even reach my long term goals.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life ever since I started receiving transfers from Give Directly is that I can now give quality education to my children. It always a good feeling to see them going to school every morning. This term I managed to move my children from a public school to a private school. This will enable them to have a good foundation in their education and be resourceful adults in future. At first, I thought I would not manage to school them up to college. I thought they would drop out of school along the way due to lack of funds; but with the transfer that I get from Give Directly, I have hopes that they will finish school. This has brought joy and peace of mind because I no longer struggles like before. What I get from Give Directly is enough for their school fees and run a few family projects.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I believe that my life will have changed in the next six months, in that I will have started poultry farming. Very few people are keeping poultry which means the demand for eggs and chicken is very high. I have always wanted to do this business but due to lack of enough capital to start the business and has made me to always postpone doing it. I am glad Give Directly supported me. I can sell some eggs and take some for family consumption. This will improve our daily diet and also boost our income.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently different in that I have devoted all my time to my business of selling second-hand clothes unlike before where I could do hard jobs to get some income and the small amount I could get could not meet the basic needs for the family. I am also able to pay school fees on time for my children and this has led to could performance in school because they are no longer sent home to collect they school fees.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goals life for the next four months is to expand my business of selling second-hand clothes. To rent a room in the center near home. When I have moved the business to the center I have confidence that the sales volume will automatically go up because of the number of buyers. When the sales volume is higher the profit also will be higher and I will be in a position to pay all the school fees and even start a new project of poultry at home.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer is that I have expanded my business of selling second hands clothes. I had this business before but it was not growing because I could use almost all the profits plus the capital to pay school fees for my children and even to buy food for my family and this was making the business to go down and the stock to reduce. When I received the transfer I used the money to add more stock and this has led to an increase in sales volumes and profits as well. Right now I'm able to save part of the profits for the school fees and to buy food without getting worried about business growth. I have also devoted all my time to this business unlike before where I could concentrate on other activities because the income I was getting was not meeting my family needs. Im so grateful because children will not be sent home again to collect school fees and this has led to a good performance in school because they have enough time for their studies.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life to change in the next six months in that I will have saved money from my business of second-hand clothes to start a poultry keeping project. This new project will also be earning me an income from the sales of eggs at the center near home. My family will also have a balanced diet because of the availability of eggs and even chicken meat. We are so grateful for the support.
