What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent 42000 KES to construct a new house in my own compound. I then took the balance for table banking with the women group in our village.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different because I was able to clear the whole year's school fees for my child thus no more stress on the same. I also have a new house, which I could not have owned without any support.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Give Direct did well in sending cash directly to the recipients because it was not easy for corrupt officers and government officials to access it.

I spent my second transfer on buying 31 pieces of iron sheets and furniture,I also paid school fee and bought my children school uniforms and food for my family.

The biggest difference in my daily life is that I' am able to carter for family basic needs and hopefully I'll be able to build my own house having bought building materials.

I would like to use part of the money to build our own home since we are still living in our parents inlaw's home. Secondly l would wish to open up a business to generate income to support my family. Finally l would like to use the rest of the money to buy household items for my house.
