"In my opinion, Give Directly does well by giving money to individual and let them decide on how to spend it. This has enabled people to achieve a lot. I was able to meet most of my needs that I could not purchase without the Give Directly transfers. On the other hand, I have not seen any areas where Give Directly needs to improve on."

"The biggest hardship we always face is shortage of food. Since we depend on subsistence farming,we still end up selling most of it to cover day to day expenses such as school fees, groceries and others. Hence, we do not have adequate income to cover those expenses and we sell the maize available."
